Terms of Use

The deal

SoloClean is made by Splivix (“we”, “us”). It helps you price a cleaning job, send the quote and keep track of getting paid. By using the app or this website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You need to be at least 18 to use SoloClean.

Prices are suggestions

The prices SoloClean suggests are estimates based on typical cleaning rates. They’re a starting point, not a promise of what any customer will pay.

• You set your own prices. You can always change the number.
• You run your own business. That means your taxes, any licences, permits or insurance your area requires, and your agreements with customers.
• We’re not a party to any job between you and a customer.

SoloClean Pro

SoloClean is free for your first 3 customers. SoloClean Pro unlocks unlimited customers and quotes.

• $9.99 a month or $49.99 a year (US prices; local prices may differ), billed by Apple to your Apple account.
• It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s rules. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Card payments

If you turn on card payments, they run through your own Stripe account, under Stripe’s terms. Stripe pays you directly, and Stripe’s fees apply.

SoloClean adds no fee on top. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks are between you, your customer and Stripe.

Using it fairly

Please don’t:

• break the law, or use SoloClean to scam, spam or harass anyone;
• add people’s details without a good reason to have them;
• try to hack, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the app;
• get around the free limit or Pro payments.

The app, its design and its name belong to us. Your data belongs to you.

No warranty

We work hard to keep SoloClean useful and running, but it’s provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise it will be error-free, always online, or that any price will win you a job.

Limits of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, or for anything between you and your customers. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if that’s more.

Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Ending things

You can stop any time and delete your account in Profile → Delete my account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut SoloClean down, we’ll give you notice first.

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top and tell you in the app about anything big.

Law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute goes to the courts in Texas, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
