What is SoloClean?
An iPhone app for anyone who cleans houses on their own. It tells you what to charge, sends the quote, and keeps track of who has paid.
Is it free?
Yes, for your first 3 customers. After that, SoloClean Pro is $9.99 a month or $49.99 a year.
What counts as a free customer?
Someone who accepts a quote or pays you. Quotes nobody answered don’t count, and quoting the same person again doesn’t either. There’s a backstop of 10 quotes on the free plan.
How do I get paid?
However your customer likes: cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or card. Add your handles in Profile and they go in your payment reminders. Mark a job paid and it shows up in Money.
Do I need Stripe?
Only if you want to take cards. Tap Accept card payments in Profile and Stripe walks you through it. SoloClean adds no fee.
How are prices calculated?
A fair range from real cleaning rates, adjusted for home size, kind of clean and extras. You can always change it.
How do I cancel Pro?
In iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SoloClean. Apple handles billing and refunds.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete my account. Or email us and we’ll do it. Deleting doesn’t cancel Pro, so cancel that first.
