- We keep what you put in the app so it works on your phone and is there next time.
- We never sell your data or your customers’ data.
- There are no ads inside SoloClean.
- You can delete everything, any time, right from the app.
Who we are
SoloClean is made by Splivix (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the SoloClean iPhone app and this website, trysoloclean.com.
Questions? Write to [email protected].
What we keep
You can use SoloClean without making an account. Behind the scenes we give your phone an anonymous ID, and your data is saved to our servers under it. If you choose Sign in with Apple, we link that ID to your Apple account so you don’t lose anything.
- About you: your name (it goes on your quotes), your ZIP code (for local prices) and any Venmo, Zelle or Cash App handles you add (they go in payment reminders).
- About your customers: the names and phone numbers you type in.
- Your work: quotes and jobs, with prices, dates and whether they’re paid.
- Sign in with Apple: the ID Apple gives us, and your email if you share it.
- This website: if you join the early-access list, your email. The site uses no cookies or trackers.
Who helps us run it
A few trusted companies process data for us. They can only use it to provide their service.
- Supabase (US) stores your data and handles sign-in.
- PostHog (US) shows us how the app is used, with events like “quote sent”. No customer names or phone numbers go to PostHog.
- RevenueCat and Apple handle SoloClean Pro subscriptions. We never see your Apple payment details.
- Stripe handles card payments if you turn them on. Stripe collects your identity and bank details directly. We never see card numbers.
Ad measurement
We advertise SoloClean on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To know which ads work, the app includes Meta’s SDK for ad attribution, and nothing else from Meta.
Install and in-app milestones may be shared with Meta so we can measure our ads. No customer names or amounts.
If you turned off “Allow Apps to Request to Track” in iOS Settings, Meta gets less from us. iOS keeps that choice.
How long we keep it
We keep your data until you delete your account. Then we delete it from our database. Copies in backups age out on their own schedule, and we may keep what the law makes us keep, like records of purchases.
We don’t sell your data, rent it or trade it. Not to advertisers, not to anyone.
Deleting your data
In the app, open Profile → Delete my account. That removes your profile, customers, quotes and jobs.
Or email [email protected] from the address on your account, and we’ll do it for you.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Pro subscription. Cancel that in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Kids
SoloClean is for adults running their own cleaning work. It’s not meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has used it, tell us and we’ll delete it.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to see, fix, export or delete your data. We’ll answer within 30 days.
- California: you have the right to know, delete and correct your data, and to not be treated differently for asking. We don’t sell or “share” personal data for cross-context behavioral ads, except the ad measurement described above.
- EU and UK: we use your data to provide the app you asked for (contract), to improve it and measure our ads (legitimate interest), and where required, with your consent. You can object, limit processing, or complain to your local data protection authority. Your data is stored in the US.
Changes & contact
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. Big changes, we’ll tell you in the app first.
